Delivery Information for Accolade B2B Transactions

Thanks for your order. Accolade’s aim is to be efficient and fair to everyone… in every transaction.

Next working-day despatch is normal for stocked products, although urgent orders can often be accommodated… but at extra cost. Our couriers have to deliver to an exact location, so please provide helpful information (such as landmarks or your floor number) as well as a full postal address. Due to insurance constraints, large or heavy items can only be delivered to the Ground Floor of a building. The person signing for receipt must be authorised to do so and provide their surname and initial. To aid delivery, we'll print your phone number on our labels & despatch notes unless you request it be excluded.

Accolade despatch from our own warehouse by the most cost-effective method, including letter or parcel post. Shipping charges apply to orders delivered to business or residential addresses on mainland UK. Please Contact Us if you wish to discuss carriage charges in relation to any order. Considerations include: destination address, "required by" time, order size, product value, weight and/or bulk-size of consignment.

If we are unable to ship via Royal Mail, carriers impose a surcharge on consignments to PostCode exceptions listed below. If a delivery weighing over 2kg is required within these areas, please Contact Us to discuss the most appropriate way to fulfil your requirements. Before shipment, you can amend or cancel without charge; thereafter please see our Return & Cancellation policies below.

PostCode Exceptions: AB31-AB38, AB41-AB45, AB51-AB56, FK19-FK21, PA20-PA38, PA41-PA49, PA60-PA78, PH1, PH5-PH10 and PH15-PH26, PH30-PH44, PH49-PH50.
